Our Executive Team
Laura Jones
Laura Jones is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Holoa Consulting. Laura has worked as a Product Manager at IBM, at Meta and various other business and EdTech positions. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University.
Patrick O'Keeffe
Patrick O’Keeffe is a seasoned executive and board member with over 30 years of experience driving transformation in complex industries. Patrick advises organizations on leveraging technology and talent to accelerate growth and navigate change. Patrick earned a Master of Business Administration from Rice Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Limerick.
Michelle Glover
Michelle Glover brings years of global business experience including branding, sales, operations, and creative strategy. She has worked with executives at Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and startups, including PepsiCo, HP, Chevron, and Toyota. Michelle developed the viral marketing strategy behind wildly successful Dads That Cook. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Colorado.
James Wood
James Wood is an entrepreneur and the founder of two software startups, both of which achieved successful IPOs. James also serves as a board member for several startup companies, bringing extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in launching and scaling businesses. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
John Buckingham
John Buckingham is a graduate of Harvard Business School and spent more than two decades as graduate Professor at Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School where he eventually joined the Board of Directors for the school. He has experience as a board member at several companies and as a Founder and CEO.
Tushar Jain
Tushar Jain is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience building and supporting websites for Fortune 500 companies, where he worked on large-scale, high-impact digital platforms. After years in enterprise environments, he shifted his focus to helping small businesses establish strong, professional brands online using the same technical rigor and best practices.
